Carlos Alberto Sicupira is a Brazilian businessman, known for being one of the co-founders and partners of private equity firm 3G Capital, together with Jorge Paulo Lemann and Marcel Herrmann Telles. Sicupira owes much of his wealth from his stake in Anheuser-Busch InBev, the world's largest brewer (through 3G Capital). He also has stakes in Restaurant Brands International, a Canadian multinational fast food restaurant company which owns Burger King and Tim Hortons.
