Erdinc Asar, Managing Director of Acacia Build Ltd, reflects on building trust and quality, referencing Acacia’s Accra-based developments, ‘The Pearl in the City’ and ‘The Diamond in the City’.
"During the construction of The Pearl in the City’s 150 apartments, our focus was not on hasty sales. Instead, we aimed to showcase our vision and identity, allowing people to comprehend our concept. As we progressed to interior decorations and introduced high-quality tiles and sanitary wares, the perceived quality resonated with potential buyers, resulting in a rapid increase in sales. Following the successful sale of The Pearl in the City in 2016, there was a strong demand for a new development. Numerous clients expressed their readiness to purchase from the second project. I assured them that the upcoming project would surpass The Pearl in the City in quality, and we could continue our journey together. We maintained a high standard of service in property management, assisting clients with both long-term and short-term apartment rentals, along with comprehensive facility management support. Managing the property has been remarkably straightforward, thanks to the excellent quality of materials used, resulting in minimal challenges or complications. Prior to commencing the construction of The Diamond in the City, as we presented the project to our clients and buyers, a genuine camaraderie formed, and the majority of them chose to invest in the project right from the excavation stage", says Erdinc Asar.
